Heffernan’s Truckee office location was formed with the acquisition of Truckee Community Insurance Services and merger with Sierra Insurance Associates in November 2020. The Truckee office originally opened in 1996 under Sierra Insurance Associates. Prior to the acquisition, Sierra Insurance Associates was the largest independent brokerage in the Lake Tahoe region and Heffernan is proud to continue that growth.
The Truckee office is located in the Porter Simon Law Office building close to the Truckee Airport and looks toward the north slope of Northstar California Ski Resort. The Truckee office is proud to offer all lines of insurance like commercial insurance, personal insurance, life insurance, and group health policies. Our Truckee insurance team works hard to serve the Truckee and Lake Tahoe regions in all areas of coverage needs.
