Yvette Prichard began her insurance career in 1991 as a receptionist in the Sonoma office of Heffernan Insurance Brokers. Since then, hard work and dedication led Yvette to various career opportunities within the company including assistant account manager, small business producer, and large account producer. In 2018, Yvette took on the responsibility as Director of Heffernan’s small business, small benefits, and Medicare division, HeffDirect. With the most recent advancement as President of HeffDirect, Yvette’s goal is to continue to carry on Heffernan’s passion for small businesses where she and her team focus entirely on meeting clients’ specific needs with customized programs and a dedicated professional to service each account’s specific needs.
Yvette was born in San Francisco and currently resides with her family in Alamo, Calif. She attended Sacramento State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. As a Bay Area native, Yvette is a passionate San Francisco 49ers, Giants and Golden State Warriors fan. Her favorite activities include travel, being outdoors, attending sporting events, and spending time with her husband and three children.
